Is there a membership fee to enroll in The Pearl Spa Membership?
No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we need to charge your credit card the first month payment.
How long is the program for?
Your The Pearl Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment at the date you decided at your subscription, it could be month to month, 6 months or a year.
Can I cancel the program?
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. The spa credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded.
Can my family or friend get my The Pearl Spa pricing?
Your The Pearl Spa Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 2 guests passes included in your membership for friends and family. They will be able to enjoy your prices once a year and need to be able to provide us with your membership number.
What are the benefits of the Pearl Spa $60 program?
Any spa service that is exactly 60 minutes in length is eligible for the special price of $60
Each month you are billed $60, this $60 is applied to the first spa 60 minute service you have.
If I am a The Pearl Spa Member $60 and want a 90 minute massage how much will it cost?
The cost will vary depending on the type of massage. Your $60 will be applied to the ?% off the 90 minute service. (price will vary by type of massage)
Do I have to use the services each month?
Yes, we encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month, if you still have trouble coming for 3 months maximum we can either put your 6 months or yearly subscribtion on hold and roll back the months after.
Example : You subscribed 6 month from January to June and were not able to come in March, April and May we will prolong until until September maximum.
Or you can use the "Late option" which allows you to cumulate your services for an extra $5 each.
Exemple : You subscribed 6 month from January to June and were not able to come in March, April and May and you now want to use the 3 services + your last one of May, May will be included in your subscription but you will have to pay an extra $15 for the 3 other unused services
What happens if I made a The Pearl Spa appointment and I have to cancel it?
The spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance in order to be able to re use your credits.
Will my The Pearl Spa Fees go up?
As long as you continue to be enrolled your fees will not go up. Prices may vary if you cancel your subscription and subscribe again later
I received a Gift Certificate for The Pearl Spa, can I use it to pay for my The Pearl Spa Membership?
The Pearl Spa is set up for automatic billing of your credit card only. Your spa credit each month is tied directly to your credit card payment processing. Any dollar amount gift certificates may be used towards any additional services you have or toward tips to the service providers. Any gift certificates for specific services must be used for the services purchased by the expiration date.
How can I enroll in The Pearl Spa Membership?
You may enroll in person at any of the spa locations or by phone at 407-923-2423t it does take 72 hours to process your application, so it will not be available to you immediately. You will receive an email when your program enrollment is complete and ready for your use.
